We require a 24-hour notice for all prescription refills. We will do our best to authorize or refill your prescription as quickly as possible.
**Prescription refills are at Dr. Jurk's discrection. If medical recommendations, such as rechecks, have not been followed and we are unable assess if the current course of treatment is working or medically necessary, your refill request may not be authorized. By law, refills cannot be authorized if your pet has not been seen in our practice for a year or more.
