Due to an increase in last minute/same day cancellations and no-shows, we require pre-payment for the following services:
- New client Consultation: When scheduling your first appointment, you will be asked to prepay the initial consultation fee.
- Surgery, ERGs and Other in-Hospital Procedures: A deposit of the low end of the provided estimate is due when patients are scheduled for their procedure.
- Late Cancellation or No-Show: We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment with less than a 48-hour notice or do not show for your scheduled appointment, your deposit/prepayment is non-refundable and you will be required to prepay any future appointments.
All other balances are due at the time of service.
We accept debit cards, money orders, and the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard,and Discover. We do not accept personal checks or American Express.
