Masks will now be optional!
- Masks and curbside service will still be available upon request.
- If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to someone that is sick, we ask that you wear a mask or opt for curbside service.
- Please continue to give us a call when you arrive to check in for your appointment. We will give you the option to wait for your appointment outside or in the lobby. We have found this system works well to prevent the lobby from becoming too congested which can help relieve some stress for many pets.
We look forward to seeing everyone's smiling faces again!
PLEASE NOTE: While you have the option of waiting for your appointment outside or in your vehicle, now that the weather is warming up, there are certain instances we ask that you bring your pet inside to wait. Brachycephalic (short-nosed) pets, pets with cardiac or respiratory conditions, or double coated breeds, are at a higher risk of heatstroke and health complications from the heat and/or humidity. Please always bring these pets inside our air conditioned lobby to wait for their appointment
