If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a 48-hour notice. This will allow us to continue operating efficiently and to use the time that was reserved for your pet to help other patients in need.
Please note that appointments cancelled with less than a 48-hour notice or no-shows, will result in a prepayment requirement before services will be rendered for current clients and forfeiture of any deposit made by new clients. Missed surgical appointments will result in forfeiture of deposit.
